Flexible Seal, has flexible function when operating first operation and continual driving, minimize damage from Winding
Spring's shock -absorbing and restoration function when rotor is vibrating. When rotor became normal operation, Flexible
Seal prevents to oil vapor leakage from bearing side first, and also prevents to entering dust from air side second.
